60 minutes are typically allocated to you for all the tryouts. You can check the exact duration on the game card before booking. If you fit into the timeframe, you are a winner at ROOM Escape Room! And if you do not pass the tests on time, the operator will open the door. However, this will not be the case when you can boast of your victory.

The maximum number of players differs from game to game. Various games are suitable for single players and couples, small or large teams. You can check the exact number of players on the game card at the website. Please pay attention when booking!

Each game is meant for a certain number of participants. The number depends on the premises area, scenario, number of tasks, safety requirements and other important parameters. The maximum number of players for a specific game is strictly limited to the figures you can seen on the card at the website.

The presence of an additional player in the team (unless otherwise specified in the game description) is allowed only in the following cases:

‒ if it is a child not older than 10 (and his / her participation does not contradict the age limitations of the game);

‒ if the entire team is constituted by the allowed number of children not older that 14 (and their participation does not contradict the age limitations of the game) and one adult aged 18 or older.

In any other cases the participation of an additional player is excluded.

We will ask you to leave your bags, gadgets, any spy (and just potentially dangerous) tool or devices outside before the game. This is a mandatory safety and game ethics requirement.

An escape game is a game, but one taking place in reality. It means that real high-voltage current is running through the wires. And if you break some glass, you can cut yourself. Adhere to basic safety requirements and the operator’s recommendations so that nothing marrs the effect.

All rooms are equipped with cameras and mikes. If something goes wrong, the operator will assist you immediately. In order to get a clue, you can contact the operator yourself using the help button or another authorized method.

The game operators will not admit a team if the age or number of participants does not meet the restrictions, except for the cases mentioned above. Persons under the influence of alcohol (concentration over 0.25 per mille) are not allowed to participate either. The game fee is NOT refunded in such cases.

Most ROOM Escape Room games are safe event for people suffering from claustrophobia. The operator has full control over the game process via the cameras and mikes and will get involved into any non-routine situation immediately.
