FAQ
Frequent questions
Time & schedule
How long does a team event in Zurich take?+
The game itself takes 60–75 minutes depending on the room. Including welcome, briefing and wrap-up, plan around 1.5–2 hours – more with an apéro.
How early should we arrive?+
Ideally arrive 10–15 minutes before your game starts so we can welcome and brief you calmly.
Can several groups start at the same time?+
Yes. Up to 22 people play at the same time in one round (18 in the escape rooms, 4 in PIXEL). Larger groups play in two rounds – while one group plays, the other enjoys the apéro, then you switch. An individual start outside regular slots is possible for an extra fee of CHF 50.– per room.
Can we choose a specific start time?+
Yes, we are happy to check your preferred time. For special times outside regular slots an extra fee of CHF 50.– per room may apply.

Apéro & catering

Yes, gladly. Our apéro area (50 m²) has space for 2–22 people – perfect to wind down.
Which apéro options are there?+
Small apéro CHF 19.– per person, big apéro CHF 39.– per person and kids’ apéro CHF 15.– per person – each including 1 drink per person.

Groups & participants
For how many people is a team event in Zurich suitable?+
From 2 to 44 people. Up to 22 people play at the same time in one round; larger groups up to 44 play in two rounds.
Can all participants play in one room?+
Each room has a recommended group size. Larger groups are split across several rooms and rounds – everyone gets to play.
Can more people play than recommended for the room?+
In some cases it is theoretically possible, but we do NOT recommend it. In groups that are too big, each person participates less actively – the experience is less intense and often less exciting.
Is a team event in Zurich also suitable for apprentices or school classes?+
Yes, our rooms are ideal for apprentices and school classes. Just ask us about group offers.
Do we need to know the exact number of participants right away?+
No. Give us an approximate number – you can confirm the exact number later. Changes are possible until 24 hours before the event. Please note: the big apéro must be ordered at least one week in advance, and portions can only be adjusted up to 7 working days before the event.
What happens if the number of participants changes?+
Small changes are usually possible. Depending on room, group size and time, the price may change. Note: the big apéro must be ordered at least 7 working days in advance and cannot be changed afterwards. Please inform us as early as possible at
[email protected].
